How big are the letters?

Height: 36 in.

I want to choose client pick up/drop off. Will the letters fit in my car?

Our letters are stackable and will fit in any standard SUV with the seats down.

For orders with more than 10 letters, please consult with your MML sales representative.

I want to choose client pick up/drop off. How early can I pick up? How late can I drop off?

You can pick up your letters up to 3 days prior to the event and drop off up to 2 days following the event. We just kindly ask that you honor the dates and times you choose, so we can plan our other orders accordingly. However, we understand life happens, so please let your MML sales representative know as soon as possible if there are ever any changes to your pick up/drop off plan.

Do the letters or lights come in different colors?

All of our marquee letters are white. The bulbs inside our letters are LED white lights.

For custom design options, please consult with your MML sales representative.

How are the lights powered?

Each letter plugs into the next with the first letter plugging into any standard 2 pronged wall outlet.

What are your letters made out of?

All of our letters are handmade with real wood.

Why does it matter if I have the letters on a flat or uneven surface?

If the letters are on an uneven surface, such as grass, we will provide stability boards that attach to the bottom of our letters to provide a seamless, even look.

If you plan on having the letters on a flat surface you will not need the stability boards.

Are your letters for sale?
